April - Video RoundUp

Whelp, Nick Fuentes has officially gone off the deep end. Between supporting/praising the Anal Pope and feminist/leftist Richard Spencer, and now calling Kanye "brave" for coming out and confessing to being a weird child-diddler - Nick has lost the plot. It's only now a matter of time now before he straight-up comes out of the closet. I'll still watch the show - he's still well-spoken and has good points from time to time because there just isn't a good replacement just yet, but I haven't watched any of his stuff after the Kanye comments on Twitter a couple weeks back. Bear Creek Bolt Action upper!

New from Bear Creek Arsenal is the BC-15 Bolt Action Upper. As a owner of a Uintah Precision UPR-15 upper I am glad there is a cheaper competitor. Though I'm not too excited about the caliber lineup of .350 Legend and .450 Bushmaster. BCA stated they will eventually expand their caliber selection. Personally, I'd be interested in pistol length barrels in plain old 5.56, 9mm, and 22lr. From their press release:
The BC-15 bolt action style upper and rifle utilizes a convenient, rugged steel handle with an ultra-short 23 degree throw. Less moving parts means even higher accuracy! Plus the absence of cycling noise makes it a great option for precision shooters focused on their next shot. Like all of our AR-15 complete uppers, the BC-15 bolt action style upper is designed to fit seamlessly with any standard AR-15 lower. The bolt action style bolt carrier group utilizes the same T25 Torx bit for disassembly as BCA’s Gen-2 side charging handle.

As far as I can tell, this just removes the automatic camming from the cam pin so that it forces you to manually turn the bolt... Or something to that affect. If that's the case, I would just want to buy the upper and carrier and let me build the rest. Also it has a significantly reduced bolt throw compared to the UPR-15 upper which has three thick lugs and a 60 degree turn. Because of that I imagine the BC-15 is significantly lighter.

I don't know how smooth these are compared to Uintah Precision bolt-action upper, but the BC-15 is significantly cheaper at $344-$419. Compare that to the UPR-15 upper which has a price range of $1,250.00 – $1,850.00
